Therapy clients: This policy covers our websites, email list and online products only. If you are a therapy or coaching client, your health information is protected under our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at intake.

Information you give us. Your first name and email address when you sign up for a free guide or our email list. Your name, email address and billing details when you buy a product. Anything you choose to send us by email or through a contact form.

Information collected automatically. Basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and how you interact with our emails (for example, whether an email was opened or a link was clicked). This is collected through cookies and similar tools provided by our website and email platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to send you the free resources you request, deliver products you buy, send our emails about parenting, courses and books, respond to your questions, and improve our website and content. We only send marketing emails to people who have signed up or bought from us.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.

We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and email platform (systeme.io), payment processors and audiobook delivery (Owned Audio), and only as needed for them to provide their services.
