These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the websites, free resources, emails, courses, books, audiobooks and other products of Center for Parent Coaching, Brainspotting & Therapy LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purposes only

Our website, free guides, emails, podcast, courses, books and audiobooks are for educational and informational purposes. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your family. Using them does not create a therapist-client relationship. Therapy and coaching services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the information and strategies we share. Every child and family is different. Please use your own judgment and seek professional support where needed.

3. Purchases and access

Prices are shown at checkout. When you buy a course or digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Please do not share your login details, downloads or audiobook links with others.

4. Refunds

If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us at info@centerforparentcoaching.com and we will do our best to help. Any refund terms shown at checkout for a specific product apply to that product. Books bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own return policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our products, including text, guides, audio, video, graphics and logos, belongs to Center for Parent Coaching, Brainspotting & Therapy LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, share or republish it without our written permission.

6. Third-party websites

We link to other websites such as Amazon, Owned Audio, RSS.com and social media. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies. Some Amazon links may be affiliate links.

7. Testimonials and results

Any examples or testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of our website, free resources or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
